THE “STAR WARS A FORCE FOR CHANGE” (“PROMOTION”) SPONSORED BY OMAZE OFFICIAL RULES BELOW APPLY IN ADDITION TO THE FOLLOWING:

4.DRAWINGS STRUCTURE:

a.              The Promotion begins at 12:01:00 a.m. PDT on May 3rd, 2017 and ends on May 9th, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT (“Promotion Period”).  Sponsor’s method of timekeeping is the official time clock for each Drawing and is final and undisputable

b.              During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will conduct a total of one (1) random drawing (the “Drawing”). The Drawing shall take place on the schedule described below (the “Drawing Date”) for the prizes described below (each a “Prize”).

c.              All Entries submitted during the Promotion Period will be entered into the Drawing.

Prize: Winner and 1 guest shall have lunch with Mark Hamill and attend an exclusive pre-screening of “Star Wars The Last Jedi”

6.   DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE:  One (1) Prize consisting of one (1) trip for Winner and one (1) guest consisting of: roundtrip coach/economy air transportation (from gateway city nearest Winner’s home) to Los Angeles, CA, United States and lunch with Mark Hamill at a restaurant of Mr. Hamill’s choosing (“Lunch”); double occupancy hotel accommodations at a four star hotel  as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion for one (1) night; transfers to/from hotel and airport; and admission for two (2) to attend an exclusive limited attendance pre-screening of “Star Wars The Last Jedi” (the “Picture”).   In the event the Winner and/or his or her guests engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor or Prize Providers, in their sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor and Prize Providers reserve the right to terminate the trip or any element of the Prize early, in whole or in part, and send the Winner and/or his or her guest home, with no further compensation.  Winner and guests must obey all rules and complete any paperwork required for the Prize, including but not limited to any additional releases, contracts, waivers required by the Sponsor and Prize Providers and, failure to sign such paperwork and/or to furnish all required information on dates selected by Sponsor and Prize Providers in their sole discretion. In addition, Sponsor reserve the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Winner and/or guest if a potential Winner and/or guest is not eligible to be awarded the Prize, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion.  Winner and guest must travel on dates selected by Sponsor.  The Lunch and the Screening may occur on different days, in which case the Prize will include airfare and travel as described above for both events. Winner will be advised of such date after being awarded the Prize and must travel on such date or the applicable element of the Prize  will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. Travel and accommodations are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to availability and change. The Winner’s guests must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the guest is the child or legal ward of Winner and at least 13 years or older at the time of travel then such minor may participate in the trip and must be accompanied at all times by the Winner during the trip and at the premiere.  The Winner’s guests must each complete and return a publicity and liability release prior to departure. If guest is the child or legal ward of the Winner, Winner must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such child or legal ward. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. If Winner lives less than 100 miles from Los Angeles, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of airfare. Winner and guest must be able to comply with all travel and visa requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including passport) at the time of travel, and for ensuring that the Winner and the guest each are not disqualified (for example, by virtue of a criminal record) from entering the United States, as applicable. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. The Released Parties are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in (but this card will not be charged for any costs included in the Prize). Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary requested by the Winner are solely the Winner’s responsibility. Any additional transportation, meals, gratuities, trip cancellation insurance, personal purchases and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the Winner’s responsibility. There is no retail value associated with the Premiere.  The total ARV of the Prize is USD $2,500, CAD $3,350, Euro € 2,300, Chinese RMB ¥16,000, Japanese Yen ¥308,007, AUD $3406, and GBP £1,650. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure, provision of lodging (if any) and means of travel. If Winner is unable to make the trip on date selected, such Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will award such Prize to an alternate Winner.

IF WINNER IS NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL ON THE DESIGNATED DATES SELECTED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WINNER WILL FORFEIT THE PRIZE AND NO OTHER SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE MADE.  In the event of a prize forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner.

Celebrate The Past Prize: Winner and one guest will receive: roundtrip coach/economy air transportation (from gateway city nearest Winner’s home) to San Francisco, CA, United States; double occupancy hotel accommodations at the Skywalker Inn for one night; transfers to/from the Skywalker Inn and airport; VIP tour of Skywalker Ranch and the Star Wars Archives (“VIP Tour”), and a screening at the Skywalker Ranch of “Star Wars Episodes: A New Hope.” If Winner is unable to make the trip on date selected, such Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will award such Prize to an alternate Winner. Approximate Prize Retail Value: $4,500 USD 

Celebrate The Present Prize: Winner and one guest will receive: roundtrip coach/economy air transportation (from gateway city nearest Winner’s home) to Los Angeles, CA, United States (at Prize Provider’s discretion, the “Premiere Location”); double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel in selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion for two consecutive nights; transfers to/from hotel and airport; and two tickets to attend the premiere and after party of “Star Wars: The Last Jedi.” The attendance by any specific cast member, filmmakers, or such other talent from the Picture during the Premiere is not guaranteed and shall be subject to availability and Sponsor’s and/or Prize Providers’ sole discretion. Neither Sponsor nor Prize Providers guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent from the Picture during the trip. If Winner is unable to make the trip on date selected, such Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will award such Prize to an alternate Winner. Approximate Prize Retail Value: $4,500 USD 

Celebrate the Future Prize: Winner and one guest will receive: roundtrip coach/economy air transportation (from gateway city nearest Winner’s home) to the United Kingdom for the upcoming untitled Han Solo movie; one VIP tour of the Set Location; double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion close to the Set Location for two consecutive nights; transfers to/from hotel and airport; meet and greet with the directors of the Movie; the opportunity for the Winner to be filmed (non-speaking) in a scene for the Movie; and a chance for the Footage to appear in the Movie. Sponsor and Prize Providers do not guarantee that the Footage will be included in the final version of the Movie. You acknowledge and understand that the contents of final Movie are at the sole discretion of the filmmakers and neither Sponsor nor Prize Providers make any guarantees, representations, or warranties that Winner and/or the Footage will appear in the final cut of the Movie as released. The attendance by any specific cast member, filmmakers, or such other talent from the Movie during the Set Visit or at the Meet and Greet is not guaranteed and shall be subject to availability and Sponsor’s and/or Prize Providers’ sole discretion. Neither Sponsor nor Prize Providers guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any specific cast member or talent from the Movie during the trip. Winner and Guest must travel between May 31, 2017 and July 31, 2017 on a date selected by Sponsor and Prize Providers and shall be subject to the production schedule for the Movie. Winner will be advised of such date after being awarded the Prize and must travel on such date or the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. In the event that the Winner is not eligible to participate in the filming of the Footage for any reason, Winner shall still receive the trip to the Set Location described above, but shall not be filmed for the Footage on set at the Set Location during the trip. Approximate Prize Retail Value: $4,500 USD 

Grand Prize: One grand prize Winner and their Guest will receive identical Prizes to each of the Celebrate The Past Prize, the Celebrate The Present Prize, and the Celebrate The Future Prize. If Winner is unable to make one or more of the trips comprising the Grand Prize on the dates designated by Sponsor, such element(s) of the Grand Prize will be forfeited.

All Free Mail-in Entries must be received by May 11th, 2017 @ 11:59pmPT to be entered in the Grand Prize Drawing.

Who's Eligible:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Must be 18 or older and not a resident of Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Malta, North Korea, Singapore, Sudan, Syria, and Thailand. Entry is subject to all local laws. Rewards are limited in quantity. Odds of winning depend on number of entries. Winner and Guest may be required to pass a background screening or security check to receive the prize. Travel documents and valid visas required to receive certain prizes. All taxes are Winner’s responsibility. Residents of certain territories may be required to successfully complete a trivia question to qualify.

How to Enter:
Visit Omaze.com and utilize any of our methods of entry, including free mail in entry, free web entry and receive bonus entries for donations (see official rules for details). Winners are chosen through a process of random selection. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets held. Conditional winners will be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility and their ability to participate on given dates, and may be required to consent to a background check.

Selection Process:
Conditional winner(s) will be chosen at random by Omaze or its representative. A verification process will take place during which conditional winners will be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility and their ability to participate on given dates. Omaze may also perform background checks at its discretion before an official winner is announced. You are not eligible to win any prize if you have already won an Omaze prize within the same calendar year.
