Valid through January 25, 2022, but experience date must be booked by March 15, 2020 or prize will be forfeited.  The offer is subject to black-out dates, which will include special event nights such as: Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, and Disney After Hours.  In addition, the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the week of Easter and week prior to Easter, will be blocked out due to stage elements and holiday peak season in the park. Check in time is 4:00 pm on the day of the overnight stay.  Check out time is 9:00 am.  Guests will park at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and be transported to the Magic Kingdom Park. Requests must be submitted ninety (90) days in advance and confirmed at least forty-five (45) days prior to Guest arrival.

All donations made in connection with a fundraising campaign are paid to Charities Aid Foundation of America (“CAFA”), an IRS-recognized, U.S. public charity whose mission is to make giving internationally and domestically safe, easy and effective for U.S. donors. CAFA prequalifies each Charity as an eligible recipient of CAFA grants. At the end of each fundraising campaign, so long as the Charity continues to qualify as an eligible recipient of CAFA grants, CAFA will make a grant to the Charity of the net proceeds of the fundraising campaign.

Who's Eligible:
You must be at least 18 years old to win. Winner’s guests under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of his/her/their residence, whichever is older) must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of his/her/residence, whichever is older).  In addition to Winner requirements (detailed below), Guests must each complete and return a publicity and liability release prior to departure. If Winner is the legal guardian of one or more Guest, Winner must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such child(s) or legal ward(s).

If Winner and/or Guests reside outside the country where experience will take place, they each must have current, valid passports, and be able to travel to the experience location(s). If they are unable to travel to the experience location(s), they will forfeit the prize. Selection Process:
Conditional Winners will be chosen through a random selection process by Omaze or its representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets held. A verification process will take place during which conditional Winners will be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility and their ability to participate on given dates. Omaze may also perform background checks, at its discretion, before an official Winner is announced. Additionally, Winner’s guest(s) may be subject to a background check, which may impact their ability to participate in the prize.
