Please note: After Winner has been confirmed, he/she may gift the wedding or vow renewal prize to an eligible friend or eligible family member, however the person the prize is gifted to and his/her Fiancé/Fiancée/Spouse must prove eligibility to enter into a legally binding marriage. In the event Winner gifts the prize, the gifting Winner, the new Winner, and the new Winner’s Fiancé/Fiancée/Spouse must be eligible to receive the prize and must undergo a verification process before being confirmed.

Timing:
March 5, 2019 is being held as the date for the wedding or vow renewal event, however, another date may be chosen on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday between January 3, 2019 and December 13, 2019, subject to availability. All holidays, special events nights and other blockout dates will apply. The wedding event will take place for approximately three (3) hours beginning at such time after the Magic Kingdom Park closes on the permitted evening. Locations are subject to change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Details:

-Commit your love to one another in a Disney’s Fairy Tale Wedding or vow renewal ceremony in Fantasyland on the bridge in front of Beast's Castle in Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort

-Enjoy a pre-reception at Gaston's Tavern with entertainment, food and non-alcoholic beverages

-Celebrate with up to 50 guests that you can invite for your reception in the Be Our Guest Restaurant

-Have a Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings and Honeymoons wedding planner, photographer and videographer handle the details so you can enjoy your special day

-Wedding ceremony/Vow renewal will include: The ceremony officiant, use of Landau Coach, venue, decorations, entertainment, photography and video (note video will be approximately 3-5 minutes in length and is a highlight video of their Disney Wedding

-Dinner reception will include: Food and non-alcoholic beverages, wedding cake, entertainment, decor, photography and highlight video. Elements of the wedding ceremony and dinner reception will be selected by Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings in its sole discretion

-A Disney Gift Card with a value of $500 for the Winner only

-Disney’s Fairy Tale Honeymoon at Walt Disney World Resort with two (2) 6-day Tickets with Park Hopper Option for Winner and Winner’s fiancé/fiancée/spouse (or the couple designated by the Winner). Guests (up to 50) will each receive a 1-Day 1 Park ticket.

-Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for five (5) consecutive nights for Winner and Winner's fiancé/fiancée/spouse (or the couple designated by the Winner) at a hotel at Walt Disney World Resort selected by Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons in its sole discretion.

-Roundtrip coach airfare, if applicable, between an airport closest to Winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport for two (2) for Winner and Winner's Fiancé/Fiancée/Spouse (or couple designated by the Winner) to Orlando, Florida. 

-Two (2) round trip ground transfers, if applicable, between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World Resort via Disney's Magical Express service for Winner and Winner’s Fiancé/Fiancée/Spouse (or the couple designated by the Winner). 

-Flights, hotel, and transportation for wedding or vow renewal guests not included

-Photo session (1 hour) in front of Cinderella's Castle prior to park opening following the wedding event, based on availability.

-Items that are not included as part of the winning Wedding Package are: Transportation between Winner's residence and departure airport, transportation for guests, travel insurance, meals beyond what is offered under “Details”, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, etc., local and long distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes, and all other charges and items not otherwise described above.

-A cash prize component of $25,393.00  that can be used toward the payment of taxes payable as a result of winning the prize, to be paid in the year the prize is awarded.  Omaze, Charity, and Prize Provider make no representation or warranty that the cash portion of this prize will be sufficient to pay the winner’s tax liability. Winner is solely responsible for paying all taxes.  The award of the prize is subject to applicable withholding requirements; and the winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 (or similar form) reflecting the estimated retail value of the prize. Winner may receive and be required to sign other tax documents.

Who's Eligible:

Winner and Winner’s Fiancé/Fiancée/Spouse (or couple designated by Winner) must be at least 21 years old to win. Winner and Winner’s Fiancé/Fiancée/Spouse (or couple designated by Winner) must prove eligibility to enter into a legally binding marriage. In addition to Winner requirements (detailed below), Winner, Winner’s Fiancé/Fiancée/Spouse, and their guests must complete and return a publicity and liability release prior to departure.

If Winner and/or Winner’s Fiancé/Fiancée/Spouse (or couple designated by Winner) reside outside the United States, Winner and/or Winner’s Fiancé/Fiancée/Spouse (or couple designated by Winner) must have current, valid passports, and be able to travel to Orlando, Florida.  If either Winner or Winner’s fiancé/fiancée/spouse are unable to travel to Orlando, Florida, Winner will forfeit the prize. Winners must not be residents of Belgium, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Italy, North Korea, Singapore, Sudan, Syria or Thailand. In certain countries, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation. Entry is subject to all local laws. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Charity, or Prize Provider, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win.

Individuals may not receive more than one major/grand prize and one minor prize within the same 18 month period.

Selection Process:Conditional Winners will be chosen through a random selection process by Omaze or its representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received before January 31, 2019 at 11:59pm PT. A verification process will take place during which conditional Winners will be required to sign paperwork re-confirming their eligibility and their ability to participate on given dates. Omaze may also perform background checks, at its discretion, before an official Winner is announced. In the event the prize is gifted, the Winner receiving the gifted prize and his/her Fiancé/Fiancée/Spouse will be required to undergo the verification process stated herein.
