The Fam 1st Family Foundation—co-founded by Marshawn Lynch—focuses on improving the lives of children by mentoring them on the importance of education, literacy and self-esteem. Using a unique balance of athletic appeal and scholastic achievement in a neutral yet nurturing environment, the Foundation connects with underserved youth on a daily basis and encourages communities to be more self-sustaining, more accountable and less dependent on outer entities.
