Girls Build
About the cause
Girls Build is a nonprofit organization based in Portland, OR, inspiring curiosity and confidence in girls through the world of building. Girls Build teaches girls 8–14 years old the basics of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, painting, auto and bike mechanics, sheet metal, and more. Your donations can help to fund summer camp and class scholarships, critical staff positions, and free classes for kids in foster care.
All donations are paid to Charities Aid Foundation of America (“CAF America”), an IRS-recognized, US public charity. So long as Girls Build continues to qualify as an eligible recipient of CAF America grants, CAF America will make a grant to Girls Build equal to the net proceeds of this experience.
