Ment'or is a leading nonprofit organization devoted to inspiring culinary excellence in young professionals and preserving the traditions and quality of cuisine in America. Their programs and services focus on offering unique educational opportunities, internships and access to established mentors; identifying and promoting young chefs through their Young Chef & Commis Competitions; and selecting and training the most promising young chefs to represent the US at the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition.
