About the cause
Rays of Sunshine is an award-winning charity that brightens up the lives of seriously and terminally ill children and their families across the UK. How? By granting wishes that can be as unique as the children themselves—from being a princess or a fireman for the day, to enjoying a trip to Disneyland. Rays of Sunshine also works with children’s hospitals and hospices to host activity days, grant Hospital Ward Wishes (like installing play areas and sensory rooms), and organize large-scale outings and events. Since 2003, this awesome organization has given brave young people the chance to put their illness on hold and create precious memories. Their work has touched the lives of over 60,000 children and their families.
