About the cause
Every girl deserves an education. Right now, 50 million girls between the ages of 12 and 18 around the world are being denied that right. These are girls who are forced to be child brides, who live in areas where it's taboo to educate girls, who walk to school in fear of being kidnapped, or who just can't afford school fees. Glamour is going to do something about this. And we need your help. With the help of our partners at CARE, Plan International USA, Girls Inc., and Communities in Schools, Glamour has started The Girl Project, an initiative that will send girls all over the world to school.
